### Understanding Thoracoscopic Surgery

**جراحة تنظير الصدر**  (Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery or VATS) is a minimally invasive surgical procedure in the chest. In children, it is used to resect congenital lung cysts (CPAM), repair diaphragmatic hernias, or clear chest cavity infections (empyema) using tiny incisions.

### Causes of Thoracoscopic Surgery
